Its restoration may have been an architectural project of some magnitude, but the result of the love poured in to rebuilding Zona Sul's oldest theatre is quite the testament to the vision of owner and actor Leonardo Franco. Principally functioning as a chic little 180-seat theatre, it does, however attract a growing number of live music and occasional underground club nights, with the Teto Solar bar upstairs fast becoming one of the coolest drinking holes in the neighbourhood.
