SOSO's mission is to bridge the distance between Brazilian and African cultures by promoting contemporary African production. It sells contemporary African art from the 200sq-m exhibition space on the second floor of an Oscar Niemeyer building in São Paulo's increasingly fashionable old centre, where it also stages events. For added African art cred, they also have a branch in Luanda, Angola.
