While the Pad Thai and rich variety of curries are undoubtedly excellent, it is to the more unusual grilled fish and seafood dishes you should venture for the real taste sensations. The whole squid stuffed with pork and shrimp vies with the seafood 'kafta' for the most outlandish opener, and typically Brazilian twists like a puff pastry roof on the green curry are a nice touch, the deep pot hiding all manner of asparagus, mange tout and cherry tomato treasures.
