Opened in 2004, Victoria brings together three culinary styles under one roof in the fine setting of the Gávea Jockey Club; Pizzaria, Japanese and Contemporary. Set against a fine view of Rio's mountains, chef Marcones Deus has created a menu of modern eclecticism: a rich combination of Parma ham-covered pieces of filé mignon in a Dijon mustard sauce with Emmenthal fettucine, lamb chops in red wine sauce, and the grilled cavaquinha fish with herb butter are highlights.
