The steady stream of celebrities has done little to dent the charm of this homely, traditional Portuguese restaurant. Eight different salted cod items and myriad seafood dishes feature on the menu, all made with a touch of the sublime, and along with the lobster thermidor and gazpacho soup the classic duck risotto is a real crowd-pleaser. The maître d' is on hand with tips should you require a little directing, but be sure to round off with one of the excellent desserts accompanied by fresh coffee with a nip of amarguinha, an almond-based liquor.
