Along with Bibi, Polis is the carioca juice bar of choice. Their açaí is just as thick and folded over as it towers out of the cup, and while it may be a little more pricey than some, it is well worth the extra. The steak and cheese sandwiches are top-notch, and the egg and cheese burgers roll of the hotplate all day long. An equally good place for a morning juice or a late-night re-fuel.
