Luckily, the food lives up to its high-art promise, with sushi so beautifully presented that it probably does belong in a swish Jardins gallery. Try the twirls of salmon decorated with almonds, or the raw octopus, and don’t miss the starter of skinny, fried mushrooms, packed with startling flavour.
