Mil Frutas has become a well-known brand among the legions of ice cream shacks in the city, aided and abetted by the 180 flavours they pack into each shop. The most famous are jabuticaba, graviola, pitanga and açaí, but such delights don't come cheap. One scoop will set you back almost R$10, and a 1.5-litre tub? R$80.
