Starting out in Leblon in the early 1990s, the concept behind Bibi was more than just juice and a snack, turning the shop into a meeting point for carioca youth. The theory worked, making it one of the best-loved of all the city's juice bars, currently with eleven spread across town as far as Niteroi. Salads, grills, sandwiches and pancakes complete the menu, but the sixty varieties of juice are the real draw.
