On the second and the last Sundays of the month, the Colombian chef Dagoberto Torres, of Suri Ceviche Bar, will be setting up a stall outside his friendly restaurant, on a quiet street in Pinheiros, for the Domingo Cevichero (‘Ceviche Sunday’). Chow down on pots of classic ceviche (R$12), paired with pisco sours (R$14) while the sounds of salsa and cumbia bring the weekend to a delightfully Latino close.
