Created by physiotherapist Luciana Marrara, her eponymous Espaço offers classes in pilates for pregnant women (and those who aren't), shiatsu, acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, hot rock massage and the rather specialist bamboo therapy (massage with solid trunks of dry bamboo).
