Instead, revel in the delicious temaki creations of chef Cássio Tanabe. Try a temaki hot roll, filled with deep-fried salmon, cream cheese and crabsticks, or fire up your imagination with the ‘creative temaki’, which gives you free rein to concoct your own combination of ingredients. And though the temakis may appear small, they deliver the perfect ratio of fish to rice.
