The city's DeRose Yoga schools join together for a special event on the Lagoa open to allcomers, providing a free, open air class with one of the most inspirational views imagineable. On the eastern edge of the lake (close to the swan pedlos) by Corte de Cantagalo, all you need is a mat and a basic grounding in the techniques to become part of the family that joins up once a month in a different part of the city.
