The restaurant is located on an island on Marapendi Lake in Barra. A short ferry ride is required to get to the restaurant, so bookings are essential. The restaurant offers contemporary Brazilian cuisine with a focus on seafood. Surrounded by the lake water and the rain forests, 4 Estacoes is the ideal scenic spot for a romantic dinner. Only opens Thursday through Sunday. 


La Fiorentina

This contemporary Italian restaurant has been serving quality food to Rio local celebrities since 1957. Outdoor seatings offer some great views of the Copacabana Beach, and make sure you check out the pictures and signatures on the walls! You might find a few surprises there. Opens daily from 11:30.  


Aprazivel  

Rua Aprazivel 62, Santa Teresa

Located in the lovely neighborhood of Santa Teresa, the restaurant is quite close to the city center if you are in Rio on a business trip. , Aprazivel has magnificent views across the Guanabara Bay. Explorers with tight budgets should avoid Aprazivel since items on the menu are fairly expensive. Taxi recommended.
