Striking the right balance between bland, coffee house chain and cosy café, Tea Connection has just the right amount of choice on the menu, with plenty of options for non-tea-drinkers too. Teas are grouped into black teas, green teas, red teas and infusions, with a recommended brewing time and water temperature for each. Traditionalists will love the Earl Grey, though the Green Apple – green tea with apple pieces, makes an unusual alternative.
