The first solo exhibition from young photographer and artist João Penoni uses the camera to explore the relationship between movement and light, with the city of Rio an ever-present, if not always recognisable, inspiration. Performance art and video installations also feature, with the use of his own body, whether festooned in thousands of LED lights or as the subject in self-portraits, another recurrent theme.
