Curated by two history professors from the Estácio university, the Rolé Carioca project offers guided walking tours to the city's lesser-known corners, with the intention of revealing the true soul of the city. Taking place on the last Sunday of the month until November, the tours will visit six historic Carioca neighbourhoods, each 90-minute itinerary filled with insider local knowledge.
